ONE OF THE CRAZIEST THINGS TO EVER HIT A KITCHEN!

Ok, so I initially learned of this tool from my waiter at Otom.

The Pacojet is instant ice cream.  What's your favorite food?  Now what's your second favorite food?  Put them in the machine and those two flavors will be combined to create a "that flavored" ice cream.  Crazy, huh?  I've even heard rumors of a demonstration being done in Las Vegas that turned Krispy Kremes into Krispy Kreme ice cream.

Personally, I think the chance to have two scoops of Krispy Kreme ice cream is well worth the almost $4000 price tag.
