Doesn't quite roll off the tongue like the 'Ye's slang term for the American Express Centurion Card, but Visa is taking a shot at capitalizing on some of that prestige.

For anyone who's got money left, Visa is taking applications for their new "Black Card." The card, available to a (kinda sorta) limited 1% of the US population (which if you're good at math you'd know is just above 300k, depending on the US' current population), will feature benefits such as airport luxury lounge access and 24 hr. concierge service. The best part, the card won't be made of titanium like the American Express Centurion card, but a patent pending Graphite Carbon (whatever that means).
